Why Read This Report

This document provides vendor strategists with an overview of the results from the survey on the ASEAN Datacenter market dynamics based on 112 interviews with ASEAN CXOs and top IT executives of large and medium enterprises and public organizations employing more than 500 people conducted between May and July 2010. The findings suggest that a large number of enterprises have not faced any datacenter incidents in the last year and out of those that did encounter incidents, the number of incidents were mainly two or fewer. The majority of enterprises are highly satisfied with their disaster recovery effectiveness. The results of the survey also indicate that enterprises will scale up their IT-related investments as a percentage of their total revenues in 2011 as compared with 2010.
