Alan serves Enterprise Architecture Professionals. He is a leading expert on multiple aspects of enterprise information management (EIM) including enterprise content management, data management, information governance (both data and content governance), digital rights management, and digital asset management. Alan helps Forrester clients define EIM strategies, identify organizational risks associated with EIM implementations, and build information governance programs that ensure information integrity and project success.
Before joining Forrester, Alan worked for Perficient as a principal consultant focused on delivering strategic ECM projects to end user clients. Previously, Alan worked as a senior director in marketing for Hummingbird, where he was responsible for creating value-added solutions from the Hummingbird ECM suite of products. As a consultant, Alan designed and implemented document management and imaging systems for Fortune 100 companies.
Alan earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Drexel University.
