Alex provides research-based consulting services to AD&D Professionals, helping them leverage Forrester's proprietary research and expertise to meet the ever-changing needs and expectations of their stakeholders. Alex focuses on customer relationship management (CRM) and digital experience projects.
Prior to joining Forrester, Alex was a consultant with SapientNitro, where he managed creative design teams in addition to leading requirements, road map, and implementation efforts. He previously worked as an SAP consultant at Deloitte Consulting, where he focused on SAP projects in the following areas: order to cash (OTC), CRM sales and service, and supply chain master data.
Alex earned a B.A. from Boston College.
