Andrew spearheads Forrester's marketing and strategy efforts in the Asia Pacific region and is located in Forrester's offices in Beijing, China. He is responsible for leading the analysts, data experts, and consultants who help marketing and strategy executives better understand consumer and customer behavior, develop and implement marketing and commerce strategies, drive brand awareness and engagement, build innovative products, harness customer insights, select key technology, and improve the overall customer experience in the Asia Pacific region.

Previous Work Experience

In his previous role, Andrew led the global practice serving eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals as they seek to drive online and cross-channel sales and service strategies that meet customer needs, spur revenue, and reduce costs. Andrew is an 11-year Forrester veteran with past experience leading Forrester's marketing and strategy consulting practice, which helps executives address specific strategic questions harnessing Forrester's extensive research and intellectual capital. He also has served as practice leader for both the consumer product strategy and interactive marketing teams, as a senior consultant, and in business development.

Prior to Forrester, Andrew worked as a financial analyst for State Street Global Advisors and as a development director for ForMyCause.com.


Education

Andrew earned his M.B.A., magna cum laude, from Babson College and holds a B.A. from Hamilton College.
