Why Read This Report

This report provides the maturity assessment of Forrester's solution for infrastructure and operations (I&O) executives looking to build their business technology (BT) resiliency strategy. We designed this report to outline the Forrester Business Technology Resiliency Maturity Model. The model is a comprehensive framework that I&O executives can use to identify the gaps in their BT resiliency program, evaluate its maturity, and better manage their firm's strategy. The model consists of four top-level domains, 12 functions, and 32 components, each with detailed assessment criteria. It provides a consistent and objective method for evaluating BT resiliency programs and articulating their value.
