Vanessa serves eBusiness & Channel Strategy Professionals. A seasoned practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in product launch management and go-to-market strategies in the mobile sector, Vanessa's research is primarily focused on mobile and eCommerce strategies. She also works with clients to help them understand key consumer marketing tactics in China.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Vanessa spent eight years at Motorola, Nokia, and Microsoft, where she was in charge of launching dozens of mobile devices and was involved in developing online sales and marketing strategies. Prior to that, Vanessa spent 12 years as a product marketing manager and project manager in the broadband access systems and telecommunications transmission system at Nokia Networks and China Putian.

Education

Vanessa earned an MBA in the eBusiness/eCommerce track from the University of New Brunswick in Canada. She also holds a B.Eng. from the Beijing University of Posts & Telecommunications.
