Charles is an analyst at Forrester serving sourcing and vendor management professionals. His research focuses on two principal areas in the technology services and outsourcing markets. Firstly, his research covers product development and engineering services, and in particular how a series of business, technological and supplier changes are transforming this emerging market. Secondly, his research examines the varied and fast moving data services market, with a specific focus on data management services.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to moving to the sourcing and vendor management role at the beginning of 2012, Charles worked for 4 years in the vendor strategy team at Forrester, helping to predict and quantify tech industry growth and disruptions. Charles is based in Forrester’s Frankfurt office but advises technology users and vendors around the world.

Education

Charles has a master’s degree in International Business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He also studied at the University of Bath in the UK, and at Dalhousie University in Canada.
