Charles is an analyst at Forrester serving Sourcing & Vendor Management (SVM) Professionals. His research focuses on helping SVM clients make strategic decisions regarding product development and engineering services, such as how to work with stakeholders to effectively select and govern new players. He also works with services firms on how the product development services market is transforming as a result of a series of business, technological, and supplier changes. Additionally, he covers IT services and outsourcing issues.
Prior to moving to the SVM role in 2012, Charles worked for four years on the vendor strategy team at Forrester, helping predict and quantify tech industry growth and disruptions.
Charles has a master's degree in international business from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. He also studied at the University of Bath in the UK and at Dalhousie University in Canada.
