About Forrester
Forrester Research, Inc. is an independent research company that provides pragmatic and forward-thinking advice to global leaders in business and technology.

As an analyst on the Application Development & Delivery team at Forrester, China focuses on mid-market and enterprise resource planning (ERP) application strategies. Her work includes advising end user clients on vendor selection and upgrade decisions and advising vendor clients on market positioning, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. China also advises both communities on current and future ERP market trends. China looks at ERP apps deployment models, notably software-as-a-service (SaaS), and emerging delivery models such as app stores. Her coverage areas include project management and billing management, and a high-level look at some vertical ERP apps. She's keenly interested in the role social collaboration and embedded workflow may play in ERP apps and the potential benefits to Forrester clients.
China came to Forrester from boutique research firm The 451 Group, where she spent more than three years as a senior enterprise software analyst covering customer resource management (CRM) and ERP applications. In that role, China advised apps vendors, customers, venture capitalists, and bankers; wrote research; and spoke to the media. Prior to that, she spent more than 12 years as a technology journalist covering enterprise applications and working out of the US, the UK, and Asia.
China has a B.A. (Hons) in modern Chinese studies from the University of Leeds, UK.
