Christine leads a team of advisors that manages the Sourcing & Vendor Management Council -- a peer community of senior SVM Professionals at large organizations. She creates the strategic direction for the council, including the creation and implementation of council-specific research and deliverables to help SVM executives achieve their annual objectives.Previously, Christine was the research director for the SVM role. Her primary responsibilities included setting the research agenda to best serve sourcing clients. She worked with clients to help them set their sourcing strategies, create and execute RFPs, and develop vendor management approaches to get the most value from their service providers and product vendors.Previously, Christine was Forrester's lead analyst on consulting and systems integration. She is an expert on the IT services industry. In her nine years at Forrester, she has written on multiple aspects of the consulting industry as well as on outsourcing, offshore, and BPO.
Christine joined Forrester from AnswerThink Consulting Group, where she helped build methodologies and tools used by the consultants in engagement delivery. Prior to AnswerThink, Christine was an analyst at Dataquest, following the consulting and systems integration market. She began her career in public relations at Brodeur Porter Novelli.Christine has been seen on CNBC and quoted in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, and CIO Magazine. She is a popular speaker, having presented to public forums and major companies.
Christine has a B.A. in international relations and a B.S. in mass communications from Boston University.
