Denée's research covers payments as products, including the future of payments, mobile commerce, customer payments needs, behavior, driving adoption, business models and profitability, and portfolio management.
Prior to joining Forrester in January 2012, Denée gained more than 20 years of experience in the payments and telecom industries. She spent eight years at American Express, where she launched several card and mobile products and developed partner marketing strategies. Prior to that, Denée spent more than 10 years as a practitioner and consultant in the interactive and enterprise product development space at AT&T Wireless, Accenture, and with tech startups.
Denée holds an M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a B.A. from the University of Puget Sound.
