There is always a place in any enterprise - even the very large ones that Forrester covers - for tools that enable people to do their jobs better, faster and with less anguish.
Macs and their integrated software suites fit the bill for many of the tasks that enterprises must accomplish. These machines may not become the favorite tool of spreadsheet wonks, but road warriors working on presentations, advertising types working on their next web page, and training specialists serving up helpful "how-to" videos may very well find themselves using Macs to complete their assignments. With any luck, even my extremely large and monoculture focused organization - the US Navy - will realize that sometimes buying tools that are slightly more expensive is far cheaper than buying tools that do not work as well. The amount that we spend on "industry standard" boxes is irrelevant compared to the cost of the time we spend struggling to make them work.
