Apple and Pixar's strengths are proving, once again, the enormous value of creative agility, extreme programming methods, rapid proto-typing and on-shore sourcing within small USA companies. Washington, should take a hard look at these success models and reign in Wall Street's constant rush for the fast buck of M&A deals among large corporations and once again place the leadership emphasis on innovative small and medium sized companies with special R&D tax breaks to open the creative value of US genius.
