Jobs and the future

Pixar is an unqualified success because Disney sucks as a place to work. All the best people have left Disney for more habitable environs, and Pixar is at the top of most lists.
The iPod with the Apple music store really makes sense, and no doubt it will continue to do well. The challenge here will be to see if Jobs can handle the inevitable competition, which is where he stumbled with the original Apple II (pre Macintosh), losing to DOS, and then the Mac GUI, losing to Wintel. Don't count out Sony, they are big and powerful with smart people. Will Jobs realize he has to come out with a low-price iPod to compete against offerings from Sony, et. al.? Based on his past, I wouldn't bet on it.
