Semantics?

I think most will agree that a debate over a name is a bit of semantics (though still an interesting debate as previous threads have shown!). Personally, I'll leave that debate to academics and bored upper management.
I believe most can pick up on George Colony's intent. There is a gap here, and it is very deeply rooted in our business traditions, education, and cultures.
I am optimistic, though. I believe that as applications continue to become more functional and easier to use, as individuals are more educated in both technology and business, and as business culture grows more accepting of technology, this gap will close.
