Change "Tech" not "Info"
Posted: Aug 24, 2006
Luigi Pinna, Director, Verizon IT |
"Information" is the key word here, not Business, not Technology. I'm in agreement with the contributor who draws the similarity of the term "Technology" with "Electronics." Most drivers operate a car without much knowledge of Automotive Technology, and many of us use computers and communication devices without a second thought about the technology or electronics involved.
"Business" is too limiting a description. Information has also much to do with culture, tastes and adaptation. Perhaps "Information Application?" In any case, keep "Information," but lose "Technology" and/or "Business."
