Dear George, I lead Hexaware's marketing team and fully concur with your views on why Business Technolgy is more appropriate today vis a vis Information Technology. If we look at the evolution of outsourcing over the past 3 decades and where it stands today, that itself proves your point. In the eighties and early nineties, IT outourcing was basically to obtain cost arbitrage. A decade later it was to improve technolgy efficiency, Today it is to improve business performance! I am of the view that the human thirst for knowledge will propel us to continue rapid evolution of technology application in all walks of life including the 'business' of technolgy itself!
