BITS (Business and Information Technology Solutions)
In our company the IT department does not call people who use systems customers, users, etc, because the other departments like Marketing and Finance do not call staff people customer or users.
For some reason IT in most companies that I have worked for have singled themselves out and not been truly intergrated in the the rest of the business.
By using BITS we provide Business and Information using Technology and most important Solutions to the rest of the company with proper governance.
It is very important that we provide soltions and work with the rest of the company to fully understand what they are looking for using tehcnology.
