George,
I definitely prefer the term Business to Information and many companies are already adopting this shift.
But what is lacking and most challenging is the successful shift in corporate cultures.
Furthermore, I don't think we should limit ourselves to "technology".
I would suggest "Enterprise Intelligence". It brings this to a higher strategic level.
