I can see what this change of name means. I reflects the penetration of IT in the business. There the quesion arises for me: how are we going to teach our "techie" colleagues to really understand what the business does. So far most techies are and remain techies! The business people are and remain what they are. How can we bridge this gap? I believe that the shift from IT to BT has to happen. But how are we getting techies to endorse this?
