The CIO becomes then the head of BS. ;-)
But kidding aside, the sensible ITer has been working hard not to be pictured as a technologist/nerd with no added value unless your PC is broken.
What he tries to do is enable the business, so IT becomes Business Enablement (BE). So you work in BE (or BS if you like) and not for a large UK-based phone company.
