hi
I am working in a big telecommunication software vendor. we have a debate in the company if Customer's Business and IT are actually two completely different buyers today. my take is that we often find that though we want to provide the business with revenue generating capabilities we are masked by the IT RFP to answer IT oriented requirements in a complex and inflexible process with IT key performance Indicators . and since we need the IT budget for the projects we are not focused enough on the business needs. whats your take?
