The best approach to demonstrate value is to directly serve the interests and objectives of EA stakeholders — not just EA team members — by providing them with the information they need. Role-oriented dashboards are the means to do this. This presentation shows example dashboards for application portfolio management (APM) and project portfolio management (PPM) roles with explanations of the value they provide. Most will require an integration or data export from a PPM tool.
