Sally serves Consumer Product Strategy professionals. Her research focuses on consumer broadband, voice over IP, public wireless access, evaluating industry trends, and smart marketing for the services providers and device manufacturers that support these markets. Sally also analyzes Forrester's Consumer Technographics® data to write about the demand side of these markets, including consumer adoption, behavior, and preferences. Her work has been cited in The Wall Street Journal, xChange Magazine, ZDNet, New Telephony, and Fortune, and she has appeared on CNBC.
Prior to her work as an analyst, Sally served as a researcher at Forrester. In that role, Sally contributed to research on a variety of topics, including business-to-consumer (B2C) marketing, consumer media habits, the consumer PC market, and consumer broadband adoption. She also conducted quantitative analysis of consumer trends across various technologies using Forrester's Consumer Technographics data.
Sally received a B.A. in economics, with honors, from Wellesley College.
