Kyle serves Information & Knowledge Management professionals. He is a leading expert on product information management, content-centric applications, office productivity solutions, and many aspects of enterprise content management (ECM), including document management, Web content management, digital asset management, and content delivery technologies. Kyle delivers strategic guidance to IT professionals, helping enterprises establish ECM strategies, define governance, and identify vendors and technologies that help them put content to use in the business processes and end user experiences.
Kyle comes to Forrester with many years of enterprise experience in software consulting, product marketing, product management, and strategy. Most recently, he was director of strategy with Vignette, a leading ECM provider, where he was involved in corporate and product strategy, acquisitions, and partnerships. Prior to Vignette, he held product marketing and product management roles with organizations providing middleware and information management technology to Global 5,000 organizations worldwide. Kyle began his career with Accenture (then Andersen Consulting), helping organizations in a number of different industries adopt and implement technology to improve business processes.
Kyle holds a B.S. in finance from San Diego State University.
