Euan brings 10 years of dedicated research experience to Forrester. Prior to joining Forrester, he served as Yankee Group's European IT services domain expert for two years. Prior to this, he worked at IDC for five years as a research manager for IT services. There, he managed the research agenda; directed custom consulting projects, and wrote syndicated research papers covering all aspects of the European IT services industry. He has lived and worked extensively in Europe, including six months in Madrid setting up a Spanish IT services research practice. He speaks Spanish.
