Roy serves Business Process & Applications professionals. He focuses on the concepts, techniques, and tools that enable high-performance design and manufacturing. Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Roy was a manager in Accenture's supply chain management practice, where he led operations strategy and improvement engagements for a variety of industrial and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Prior to that, Roy was at Intel, where he conducted research on applying lean manufacturing principles within a semiconductor production process.

Education

Roy has an M.B.A. from the MIT Sloan School of Management and an S.M. in mechanical engineering from MIT. He also holds two bachelor's degrees in engineering sciences from Dartmouth College.
