Jonathan serves Security & Risk professionals. Jonathan's own primary areas of research include identity management, information protection, and strategies to combat online fraud and identity theft.He has been widely quoted in publications like CSO Magazine, Information Security Magazine, The Financial Times, The Economist, and The New York Times and has appeared on National Public Radio and CNBC.
Jonathan came to Forrester through its acquisition of Giga Information Group, where he was an analyst covering messaging, collaboration, and directories. Jonathan previously worked as an engineer and product manager for several high-tech companies where he developed device drivers for the Windows and NetWare platforms and commercial applications, including the first software RAID solution for Windows 95 and NT.
Jonathan holds an M.S. in computer science from Stanford University and a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania.
