Bandwidth Bottlenecks Burst

Bandwidth backlogs characterize US local markets. But local carriers won't be the fix. Fiber construction crews, deep-pocketed IXCs, fixed-wireless providers, and fiber cable will meet the Internet bandwidth challenge.
