Eric leads the Forrester team serving Analyst Relations Professionals with research, global peer communities, unique time-saving and business-validating deliverables, and consulting. Eric's responsibilities include establishing the group's strategic direction, orchestrating its IP creation and aggregation, and directing its product portfolio.
Previous Work Experience
Eric has spent more than nine years working closely with analyst relations managers around the world and now manages the entire client experience for all AR professionals who engage with Forrester. Prior to this appointment, Eric conceived and launched numerous Forrester Leadership Board communities, including: the Analyst Relations Council (ARC), the Security & Risk Management Council (SRMC), and the Technology Marketing Executive Council (TMEC).Prior to joining Forrester, Eric spent six years in senior operations, sales, and marketing positions at CIBT, Inc. In that time Eric helped CIBT grow from a single location into the largest travel document expediting firm in the world, with processing centers around the country and onsite operations at numerous Fortune 500 companies. Twice during his tenure Eric helped lead CIBT to a ranking in the Inc. 500. He then conceived and launched Global Phoneworks, LLC (GPW), an international cellular communications provider, winning contracts with clients such as The World Bank and Bechtel. In his role as co-founder of GPW, Eric was involved in every aspect of the business, from product and brand development to sales and operations.Most recently, he worked as a senior consultant for AppliedTheory, a managed hosting and application development company based in New York City. Eric was central in securing and overseeing projects such as a complete redesign of Bulova.com and bringing the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) grant application and review process online.Education
