Overview
Marketers have more ways than ever to connect with their customers thanks to the birth of new marketing channels like email, search marketing, advergames, and interactive TV. Yet consumer trust of marketing messages is waning, and more are using spam filters, using pop-up blockers, and registering for the Do Not Call list to protect themselves from incoming ads. This Boot Camp will help marketers learn how to orchestrate multiple channels to create a continuous brand experience for their customers. Specific exercises will help marketers determine the channels appropriate for their campaign goals and target audience and how to coordinate these channels to move customers down the purchase path.
