Hello,
There are lots of great Council events during the next few weeks, and we're looking forward to some very interesting and productive sessions.
Our member meeting on November 3 is approaching quickly. We'll be meeting in Boston to discuss the implications of the current trend toward centralization of database marketing technologies and processes. Based on recent conversations with many of you, I'm certain that it will be a dynamic and valuable session. A draft of the meeting agenda is available for further review. Please take a moment to review it and let me know if you have any questions/suggestions.
If you have not already confirmed your attendance with me, please do so by contacting me at jbruton@forrester.com or at +1 617/613-6029.
We will also meet via conference call this Thursday to discuss
best practices for effective customer segmentation. Cindy Kephart of Lands' End will kick off this Council discussion. I hope you all can join in the call.
As always, please let me know if there is anything we can do to help with your current endeavors. I'm looking forward to speaking with you soon.
Best regards,
