May Meeting Agenda
The preliminary May meeting agenda is available for review on the Forrester site. Please take a look and let me know if you would like to see a particular topic or issue addressed. As we're still more than a month out from the Event, I'm more than happy to make additions and modifications to the sessions.

May Member Meeting

If you haven't already done so, please remember to RSVP by April 22 for our second in-person member meeting, scheduled for May 23-24 at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Florida. The meeting will offer a unique combination of informal member networking, best practices from your Council peers, and analysis from our most recent research. I expect lots of great networking and idea sharing, as we're expecting approximately 20 to 25 members at the meeting.

AGENDA
A preliminary agenda is now available for your review in the Member Library, and some additional logistical information on the Event follows below.

MEETING TOPICS
The May 2005 Database Marketing Council Member Meeting will focus on two issues critical to direct marketing executives:

1. Aligning direct marketing's function, resources, and strategy to meet the needs of a corporate drive to customer-centricity.

2. Building and developing the database marketing organization to meet the growing demands of a customer-centric organization.

The meeting will feature a blend of member-directed case studies, presentation of data from the recent benchmark studies, and both facilitated discussion and informal networking with your Council peers.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Forrester has arranged a block of rooms at The Biltmore Hotel at a discounted rate of $199 plus tax, May 20-27. To reserve a room, please call the hotel at +1 800/727-1926. When you make your reservation, be sure to mention that you will be attending the Forrester Event.

ADDITIONAL ATTENDEES
Your peers and direct reports are welcome to accompany you to the meeting for an additional cost of $1,000. Please contact me for additional information.

And Finally . . .
We've had some great interactions among Council members over the past few weeks (with more to come at our May meeting), and I'd like to encourage all of you to contact me if you are dealing with an issue that you would like another member's perspective on. Along with your fellow members, I'm here to help!

Best,

Justin Bruton
Council Manager
