Hello,

I hope you are all enjoying these first few days of summer. For those who were not able to join us last month in Miami, a meeting summary and a copy of the presentations are available in the Member Library on our member home page.

Upcoming CouncilTel
Results From The Limited's Recent Organizational Benchmark Study
Our next CouncilTel is scheduled for June 28 at 11 a.m. Eastern time; please note that this is a change from the call originally scheduled for June 23 at 2 p.m. Gabriella Dera, director, Customer Marketing at The Limited, will share the results of a recent benchmark project she led to gauge the organizational structure of multichannel companies with large customer databases and well-established direct marketing programs. Gabriella and her team focused their interviews around three key themes: organizational structure, centralization of work, and practices concerning operating expenses and chargebacks to internal groups. I feel that this presentation will follow nicely on the discussion begun at the session in Florida last month. I will send the dial-in number for the call to the membership next week. Please let me know if you plan to attend.

RSVP to me for this call, and I will follow up with WebEx instructions in the next few days.

As always, if you have any questions, need assistance with a project, or would just like to bounce an idea off another Council member, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am here to help!

Best regards,

Justin Bruton
Council Manager
