Greetings!

August is a funny month, as I'm sure many of you would agree. Vacations abound and out-of-office emails proliferate, while at the same time, planning and preparations for 2006 are well underway. Over the past several weeks, we've had great conversations with several of you regarding your strategic initiatives for the rest of 2005 and your plans for 2006.

We look forward to building on these conversations (and starting some new ones) at our September 26 meeting, which immediately precedes Forrester's Consumer Forum 2005, "Innovating In A Consumer-Driven World."

A preliminary agenda for the September 26 member meeting is now available for your review; please feel free to provide us with feedback as we work to finalize our discussion topics for September. All of you should have received a registration email in your inboxes earlier this week, and we encourage you to return your participation form to Lindsey Thorne-Bingham ASAP.

As always, if you have any questions, need assistance with a project, or would just like to bounce an idea off another Council member, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am here to help!

Best regards,

Justin Bruton
Council Manager
