For members arriving in New York prior to the member meetings, we've arranged for an informal gathering from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m., at the View Lounge on the 48th floor of the New York Marriott Marquis.

Monday, September 26
Member Meeting

Members will receive full agendas at the meeting. Please join us for breakfast and opening remarks at 8 a.m. in Wilder, 4th floor.

Toledo Restaurant, 6 East 36th Street

6 p.m. Depart Marriott Marquis. Please meet on the 1st floor/Broadway Level. Coaches will be staged outside the hotel on 45th Street.

Marketing Ovals Member Breakfast Session, Uris, 6th Floor

7:30-8:45 a.m. Members are invited to join us for a breakfast presentation and moderated Q&A with John Greco, CEO of the Direct Marketing Association.

Consumer Forum 2005

As a member of the Oval Program, you will be registered for the Consumer Forum through us -- no need for you to register in person at the Forum. We will have your Forum materials and name badge for you at the breakfast on Tuesday morning.

Tuesday and Wednesday: Oval Program Hospitality Lounge, Shubert, 6th Floor

For The CMO Group and Council members staying for Consumer Forum 2005, we have reserved a hospitality lounge, located near the Consumer Forum general sessions. This is a members-only area available to you between sessions. Wireless access, meeting space, snacks, and beverages will be available.

Analyst One-On-One Meetings

Oval members staying for Consumer Forum 2005 have the option of booking up to three 20-minute one-on-one sessions with a Forrester analyst. To reserve time with an analyst before you arrive, contact Lindsey Thorne-Bingham at lbingham@forrester.com with the analyst name and times you are available. Once on-site, you can visit the kiosk located in the hospitality lounge, Shubert, 6th floor, or the Technology Showcase area to book your sessions. Or, as always, ask me or any of the Forrester Oval team for assistance.
