Greetings, Council members,

There's a lot to talk about this month, particularly in regard to our rapidly approaching member meeting; so, let's get to it!

Spring Member Meeting Update
We are looking forward to seeing many of you at our spring member meeting next month -- May 3 and 4 -- at The Naples Grande Resort in Naples, Florida. The meeting will feature a blend of member-directed case studies, presentation of analysis from Forrester's most recent research, and facilitated discussion and informal networking with your Council peers. A full agenda is available in the Member Library on our member home page.

If you haven't had a chance to register yet but would like to join us, there is still time. Simply email me, and I will add you to the attendee list.

Also, to promote active Council interaction and participation, I am asking attendees to come prepared with two or three questions to ask of their Council peers during the group roundtable session. Even if you can't attend the meeting, I encourage you to send us your questions. Your questions will help drive discussion at the event and contribute to the session summary document. I will collate your questions into key topic areas to facilitate the discussion at the meeting. Those topics requiring additional discussion will be flagged for future CouncilTels and meetings.

Members Helping Members: Data Provider Selection
A Council member is interested in speaking with others who have experience working with the large customer data providers, including Acxiom, Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. If you are willing and able to discuss your dealings with one of the above providers with a fellow member, please let me know.

As always, if you have any questions, need assistance with a project, or would just like to bounce an idea off another Council member, please don't hesitate to contact either Jonah or me. We're here to help!
