Forrester's Forrsights Budgets And Priorities Tracker Survey, Q4 2011, provides insight on the 2012 tech buying plans and practices of more than 3,700 IT executives and technology decision-makers at enterprises and small and medium-size businesses (SMBs) in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Forrsights clients have access to the full data set; this report provides a summary of the results.
