Gene came to Forrester through its acquisition of Springboard Research. Prior to Springboard, he worked as a marketing specialist at JCDecaux China, conducting primary and secondary research, analysis, and project delivery.
Gene holds dual degrees in eCommerce and communications from Peking University.
