Prior to joining Forrester in 2010, Jan Erik was vice president — procurement vendor management at Ameriprise Financial. Prior to joining Ameriprise in 2005, Jan Erik was vice president — technology resource strategy at American Express. He held numerous leadership positions during his 22-year career at American Express.
