Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester, Jitender led the market intelligence function at a global IT services company. He was responsible for managing a team of research analysts focused on generating and delivering impactful market and competition insights to business leaders.

Education

Jitender earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree in computer science from Delhi University, India. He earned a Master of Science degree in information and computer sciences from University of Hawaii at Manoa, US.
