Kyle serves Application Development & Delivery Professionals. His team provides research, executive-level peer communities, consulting, and other services to AD&D Professionals, helping them meet the ever-changing expectations and needs of their stakeholders.
Previously at Forrester, Kyle led Forrester's IT research product strategy and development and also served as research director for Forrester's team serving Content & Collaboration Professionals. As a Content & Collaboration analyst, Kyle researched information management, enterprise content management, desktop productivity, collaboration trends, and issues facing IT professionals. Prior to joining Forrester, Kyle led product strategy and product management at Vignette Corporation (now OpenText) and has held numerous product management positions at software development firms in the San Francisco Bay area. Kyle has also held research and development and project management leadership positions in his career, beginning as a consultant with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in the early 1990s.
Kyle holds a B.S. in business administration/finance from San Diego State University.
