Senior Multichannel Marketing Manager
Lou Ashton is responsible for driving New Look's multichannel customer relationship strategy using a cross-channel marketing approach that targets fashion-orientated consumers across the digital channels. In her role, Ms. Ashton uses SEO, email, PPC, affiliates, shopping comparison, and retargeting tools to target web and mobile customers.
Ms. Ashton has also led the retailer's mobile strategy, launching New Look's award-winning mCommerce platform and iPhone application in March 2011 and developing a holistic marketing campaign that promoted the new platform across email, social, and web channels.
Ms. Ashton graduated from the University of Sydney in 2002 with a degree in commerce. Since then she has gained experience developing CRM and loyalty programs and brand strategies and improving customer communication for retail brands including Jigsaw and David Lawrence.
