Before becoming a researcher, Myriam was a senior research associate on Forrester's eBusiness & Channel Strategy research team conducting primary and secondary research on a wide variety of eBusiness and channel strategy issues. She contributed to numerous reports, including research about French consumers' financial behavior, customer advocacy, and mobile banking. Prior to joining Forrester, Myriam worked at Bred Banque Populaire and the University of Dundee.


Education

Myriam holds an M.Sc. with distinction in international business and marketing from the University of Dundee and a master's in corporate communication strategy from Rouen Business School.
