How do I contact Forrester's Public Relations team?

Please email press@forrester.com with your query, deadline, and full contact information. Forrester's Public Relations team checks this inbox Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time.

Email is the best method for timely response from Forrester's Public Relations team. However, if you know which analyst you need to speak with, feel free to contact him or her directly or through Forrester's Worldwide Locations page.

You may receive up to three copies of our published research for a story you are currently writing. Proper verification of press credentials may be requested if we do not recognize your media outlet. (See Events Press Registration for a list of acceptable press credentials.) Our research is available in PDF format, so please designate an email address that can accept large files when you send your request to press@forrester.com.


How can I subscribe to Forrester emails, newsletters, and alerts?

Forrester offers a weekly media alert, sent via email. Subscribe to the weekly media alert by emailing press@forrester.com.

You may also opt in to receive customized emails regarding newly published research, Events, and commentary from Forrester's CEO on the Emails & Alerts page.


Does Forrester distribute press releases to the media?

Please send an email to press@forrester.com letting us know your area of interest and we will forward relevant press releases. View all press releases.


How should I cite Forrester's research and graphics in my article?

How do I go about setting up a live broadcast for my network?

Forrester's in-house television studio at our Cambridge, Mass. headquarters offers broadcasters easy and instant access to Forrester analysts. Our studio offers both fiber-line and satellite connectivity. Forrester analysts have done hundreds of interviews with broadcast outlets in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.

How can I be added to your media list?

To subscribe to Forrester's Weekly Media Update, please complete the brief questionnaire. If you have any questions about this process, please email us at press@forrester.com.


How do I obtain a press pass to Forrester Events?

Forrester Research welcomes members of the press to attend our Forums worldwide. To receive a complimentary press pass, you must be currently employed by an established news organization and provide at least one of the following press credentials:

  • A business card with your editorial title from an established publication including its Web site address (or an equivalent email autosignature).
  • Two copies of bylined articles printed from the publication or online news outlet for which you are employed or contracted. Web site or a URL where the bylined articles can be viewed is also acceptable. Articles must be published within the past six months from the same organization.
  • A current editorial masthead that includes your name.
  • An identification card with your title at your broadcast station.
  • An original letter of assignment or a copy of your contract from a publisher or news organization with an editorial contact.

Please submit your press credentials to press@forrester.com and include which Forrester Event you would like to attend.

Note: Publishers; corporate officers; or sales, advertising, public relations, or technical support staff from any media organization are not eligible for a Forrester press pass, nor are those who write Web site content for nonmedia organizations.

Please also note that the press registration list is shared with exhibiting companies one week prior to a Forrester Event.


I can't attend an Event, but I would like to receive press materials. How do I do so?

Please submit your press credentials to press@forrester.com and indicate which Forrester Event you are interested in. A member of the Public Relations team will follow up with you about your specific needs.
