Can you provide a list of sample metrics to use to monitor vendors during the course of a software development project? We would like to measure the performance of the vendor on an ongoing basis for its compliance with our request for proposal (RFP) requirements and on a periodic basis for its alignment with RFP objectives. We will use this quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP) during the period of performance to assess and review the service provider's delivery of services. The QASP will ensure that systematic quality assurance methods are used in administration of a performance-based contract.
