Rachel serves Infrastructure & Operations Professionals. Her research focus is on IT continuity and disaster recovery services and technologies, next-generation high availability and backup, and data center strategies. Additionally, Rachel conducts research on infrastructure and operations metrics.
Prior to her current role as an analyst, Rachel was a researcher on Forrester's infrastructure and operations team. She interviewed hundreds of I&O professionals, data center operators, and technology vendors while conducting primary and secondary research for research reports and consulting engagements.
Rachel holds a B.A. in art history and computer science from Smith College.
