Use of Agile processes is taking off in corporate IT shops. Approximately two-thirds of large organizations working with Forrester are adopting (overtly or inadvertently) some form of Agile processes for their internal application development (AD) efforts. Under the Agile umbrella lie a number of different techniques for development, modeling, and project management; it's important to distinguish between them when considering alternatives.
