Executive Summary (This is a document excerpt)

Sage CRM, formerly ACCPAC CRM, is the only vendor in this evaluation that offers the same solution as a hosted offering or an on-premise deployment. It is also one of three products in the Sage Software CRM family, which also includes ACT! at the lower end and Sage CRM SalesLogix for the larger-size businesses in the small-and-medium-size-business (SMB) category. Like other vendors in the hosted space, Sage CRM provides easy-to-use wizards, aimed at business users, for setup and configuration. On the downside, more sophisticated customizations will require coding — and are only possible with the on-premise version.
