As the use of Indian vendors becomes increasingly accepted for applications development, infrastructure management, and business processes outsourcing (BPO) tasks, companies are beginning to look to their Indian providers for IT and business process consulting expertise also. Cognizant, despite its strong technical capabilities and technical consulting experience, is least equipped to deliver standardized business processes and strategy consulting services.
