Indian Vendor Consulting Capabilities Scorecard Summary: Satyam

Key Findings From "The Forrester Wave™: Indian Vendor Consulting Capabilities, Q4 2005"

Executive Summary (This is a document excerpt)

Satyam has a strong consulting vision and has been able to deliver on both technical and business process consulting requirements, although Forrester still sees technical consulting as its strong suit. However, all Satyam consulting resources go to market and are delivered though horizontal or vertical business units. This suggests Satyam has less of a strategic commitment to consulting as a separate line of business and perhaps instead views consulting as an enabler for larger technical implementation and support deals.
